  As BNI's associate director of advancement, Florek is responsible for a wide range of activities that support the school’s mission, including social media management, communications, special events, grant writing, and donor relations.
       Florek joined Noll's Advancement Department as its communications coordinator in February 2016. A graduate of Purdue University with a bachelor's degree in English, she spent five years coordinating community news content for The Times newspaper.
       Outside of the Advancement Department, Florek is the yearbook adviser and prom sponsor.

  Julianne Korem Sandoval, a 1982 Bishop Noll grad, serves as the advancement department events coordinator. She plays a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with alumni, donors, and the broader community. She has been in the advancement department since 2014 and is also the cheerleading coach.
