Class of 1965 - 50-Year Reunion Produces Generous Gift to BNI Through Challenge From the Class of 1963
As part of its 50-year reunion celebration this year, the Class of 1965 took on a challenge from the Class of 1963. Two years ago, the Class of ’63 raised more than $23,000 as a class gift to Bishop Noll, then challenged the Class of ’65 to beat that total. Not ones to pass up a challenge, ’65 classmates Jim Wieser and Paul Schreiner, with the help of some other classmates, encouraged the Sixty-Fivers to join the effort. And, in late August, Jim and Paul came to BNI to present a class gift of $25,200 to our school. Congratulations to the Class of 1965 on your milestone reunion, and profound thanks for your generosity and Warrior spirit!
Oh, they added one more goal: To challenge the Class of 1966 to raise a gift in excess of $25,200! Class of ’66 – are you ready?
